I love this vet. I've used them for years. My family has used them for years. The staff and the veterinarians are wonderful and caring. Dr. Sangani is always making improvements to the physical space as well. I take my dog to daycare when I know I'm going to be busy, and board my dog here when I'm away. I highly recommend Southgate Veterinary.

I LOVE this place! I won't take my animals anywhere else. I walk in and someone always smiles and greets me. The first thing they ask is what's going on with my baby. I really appreciate the way they have my Jack's best interest in mind and explain all my options. They were super with my not-so-nice senior dog too. Prices are affordable for me which says a lot. Thanks Southgate!

Lisa Chapman, DVM:
Dr. Lisa Chapman is originally from Pleasanton, CA, but moved to Davis, CA to attend school at UC Davis. Lisa graduated in 2005 with a B.S. in Animal Science and shortly after began working at Southgate Vet Hospital as a Veterinary Technician. It was not long after, that she became our office manager. In 2009 Lisa started veterinary school at UC Davis and graduated with her DVM in June 2013. We are thrilled to now have Lisa working as a veterinarian.
